This smart leak detector can be placed near bathrooms, washing machines, and other appliances or fixtures and will keep an eye out for water leaks. It can detect as little as three drops of water. The leak detector will notify the user upon sensing water, and this data can be used to alert smart valves to shut-off automatically to prevent further damage. Three separate sets of sensors on the detector act together to monitor any appliance or fixture for leaks.
